A liability waiver is a legal document that participants sign to acknowledge and assume the risks associated with an activity. It’s important to ensure all participants complete their own waiver properly before the activity commences. In this short (less than 2 min) educational video we look at what a waiver is and why it’s an important document and the key areas that must be completed in the waiver.
