We have partnered with World Travel Protection (WTP) to provide emergency assistance and advice, including medical, travel and security services to our Accident & Health customers, which allows them to access the help they need when they need it most.
WTP are an Australian organisation that has taken care of corporate and leisure travellers for over 30 years, helping them prevent and mitigate risks before they escalate, and providing them with immediate access to the right experts when an emergency occurs.
WTP have specialists based in dedicated command centres in Australia, Canada, the UK, and Argentina, where they provide travellers with immediate access to advice and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
With a global footprint, in-house medical and security specialists including a team of full-time registered nurses and paramedics, doctors, intensive care workers and security professionals and a passion for helping people in their time of need, WTP and Liberty’s partnership brings the highest levels of care, empathy, understanding and service to our brokers and customers.
If a medical, travel, or security emergency occurs, whilst on a journey or whilst on a temporary employment assignment overseas, or on home leave back in their country of residence, please access our emergency assistance services provided through WTP. These services are automatically included under Liberty’s corporate travel, expatriate medical, and inpatriate medical expenses policies.
