Allison joined the insurance industry in 2004. Prior to joining Liberty, Allison worked for a London market insurer for 4 years handling large and complex Liability claims, Professional Indemnity, Product Recall, Product Guarantee, Financial Loss and sensitive claims.
As a Liability Claims Specialist for a large local insurer, Allison managed a portfolio of claims including third party personal injury, property damage, defamation, office bearers and legal expenses.
Allison is an Associate of ANZIIF and has completed General Insurance and Business studies.

Amalina joined Liberty in 2023 and focuses on Third Party Casualty claims. Amalina has a legal background and insurance industry experience, specialising in liability claims.

Angus oversees the Casualty, Workers Compensation and Crisis Management claims teams across the Asia Pacific Region working closely with underwriters, claims professionals and risk engineers to ensure optimum outcomes.
Angus has over 30 years of commercial experience including 19 years leading claims management, adjusting and investigation businesses. Prior to joining Liberty in 2015 Angus was General Manager of a large Australian loss adjusting business overseeing all professional claims staff across multi lines. Angus is highly regarded for his drive, attention to detail and client focussed approach.
His qualifications include Bachelor of Business, Executive Certificate in Insurance, ANZIIF (Fellow), CIP, FAIM.

Carolyn is a Senior Claims Specialist based in Melbourne. She manages Excess Workers Compensation claims across Australia for a broad range of Reinsureds, and also manages Seafarers claims.
Carolyn joined Liberty in 2022. She has over 17 years of national experience working with self-insurers and insureds across corporate and industrial sectors in claims management, consulting, return to work, wellbeing and injury management.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Arts, Professional Writing, Editing & Sociology degree. She also holds ANZIIF Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications.

James manages a range of Casualty claims, and his current portfolio includes occupier's liability, property damage, construction matters and claims under our environmental impairment liability policy. James is also the claim's technical lead for Liberty's Utility clients.
James has 10 years' experience in the insurance industry. James practiced as a solicitor for a specialised insurance firm in Melbourne for 4 years. Upon moving to Brisbane James managed casualty claims with large Australian insurers before joining Liberty in February 2018.
James has significant experience in handling complex personal injury, property damage, product liability and environmental related occurrences. James has also handled product liability and management liability matters.
James appreciates that clients expect to be updated and advised as the matter progresses and will work with each insured and their brokers to obtain the most favourable outcome.

Jessica joined Liberty in 2015, having previously worked as a claims adjuster for a personal Accident & Health insurer and later as a claims consultant with a top-tier brokerage firm, where she specialised in Industrial Special Risks, Public and Product Liability, Contract Works, engineering, Marine, ‘expat’/’inpat’ and travel claims.
Jessica holds ANZIIF Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications (Providing Customer Advice and Insurance Law & Regulation) and is an affiliate member of ANZIIF.

Mandy joined Liberty in 2021. With over 25 years of experience working with large self-insurers across both the corporate and industrial sectors in injury management, her expertise in legal and legislative compliance and strategic direction helps self-insurers with their injury management journey.

Natasha has over 10 years' experience in the insurance industry. Natasha practiced as a solicitor in an insurance focused firm in Melbourne, where she acted for insurers and advised on litigated claims, predominantly involving public and products liability. Natasha then worked at a specialised insurer for 4 years, managing a portfolio of sensitive claims, before joining Liberty in July 2018.
Natasha has experience in managing complex personal injury, property damage and product liability claims, with significant experience in the handling of sensitive claims and psychiatric injuries.
Natasha has a Bachelor of Laws and is admitted to practice in Victoria.

Richard is the Complex Claims Manager for Casualty Australia and is based in Sydney.
Richard started his insurance career in 1997 in Lloyds of London working in the claims team of a leading Casualty Syndicate gaining experience in claims arising from international jurisdictions.
Richard moved to Australia in 2005 and he has since been involved in the defense and management of major casualty losses across Australia and New Zealand. Richard has a proven track record in managing casualty claims, obtaining the best economic result for policy holders through commercial negotiations and targeted litigation strategies. Richard has expertise in catastrophic injuries, product liability, infrastructure damage, natural perils liability as well as product recalls arising out of defective goods. Richard has presented a number of industry papers on workplace injuries, contractual obligations and proportionate liability.

Prior to joining Liberty in May 2019, Samantha was an insurance litigation lawyer with over 17 years of experience, with a particular expertise in complex multi-party liability disputes. She has worked with global and domestic insurers and companies in the construction, property and hospitality industries.
Samantha holds a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. She has held a NSW practising certificate since 2007.
