Cameron underwrites Liberty Crisis Management business based in the Sydney office. His emphasis is on the development of new business and education of clients and brokers on Contaminated Products, Product Recall insurances and Kidnap Ransom & Extortion.
Personal Profile
Cameron began his career in the UK with a regional brokerage, moving to a Lloyd's syndicate in London focusing on Property Treaty business. In early 2023 he relocated to Sydney working in the direct Property insurance market.
Cameron joined Liberty in 2024 with 10 years' experience in the insurance industry.

Donna has more than 25 years’ experience in insurance, having held positions with both Australian and international insurers.
Donna joined Liberty in 2008, bringing several years of crisis management experience to the launch of the Liberty Crisis Management Solutions product suite in the Asia Pacific region. Along with here Crisis Management underwriting role Donna was appointed the Victorian Branch Manager in 2017 overseeing the distribution of Liberty products in the Victorian market. Donna was recently appointed the NSW Branch Managers role in Jan 2025.
Donna is a Senior Associate with ANZIIF.

Joyce is responsible for growing the Liberty Crisis Management portfolio in Asia. Her areas of focus include Product Recall and Product Contamination insurance.
Joyce has over 20 years' underwriting experience in the insurance industry.
Joyce joined Liberty in 2006 and was initially responsible for the management, development and underwriting of Casualty business in North Asia before joining the Liberty Crisis Management team in May 2017.
Joyce holds a Higher Diploma of Insurance Studies (Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education), a BA (Hons) in Business and Marketing (University of Portsmouth, UK) and she is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.

Keith underwrites crisis management business for Liberty Australia from his base in the Liberty Melbourne office. His emphasis is on the development of new business and the education of clients and brokers on product recall insurance.
Keith joined Liberty in 2017 after more than 30 years in the insurance industry, having held positions with Australian and international insurers and brokers. His extensive experience in both underwriting and broking covers the specialist insurance areas of liability, contaminated products, product recall and kidnap, ransom and extortion insurance, as well as other niche insurance products.

Ken provides underwriting supports for Asia Pacific Underwriters and he works closely with Underwriters to develop new business and provide an insurance solution to clients and brokers on Product Recall and Product Contamination insurance.
Ken joined Liberty in 2016 and is based in our Malaysia office. He has over eight years’ experience in the insurance industry, and prior to working with us, he was an insurance broker. Ken has been working with the Crisis Management Asia team since 2018.
Ken holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration (Multimedia University, MY) and is a member of the Malaysian Insurance Institute. He is currently pursuing his ANZIIF Associate qualifications

Lisa underwrites crisis management business for Liberty Australia from her base in the Liberty Melbourne office. Her emphasis is on the development of new business and the eduction of clients and brokers on product recall insurance.
Lisa joined Liberty in 2015 after 7 years in the insurance industry, having held positions with a global insurer and a niche underwriting agency. Her experience in underwriting covers the specialist insurance areas of motor fleet, strata insurance, contaminated products, product recall and kidnap, ransom and extortion insurance.

Michael leads the Liberty Asia Pacific Crisis Management and Weather teams from his base in the Liberty Sydney office.
Michael began his career in insurance while still at university, working part-time in administration for a general insurance company. After graduating in 1996 with a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, he worked for five years, first in motor and householders’ insurance and then in contingency insurance, before moving into crisis management insurance with a leading global insurance company.
Michael joined Liberty in 2009 with eight years’ experience in crisis management insurance.

Shelley underwrites Liberty Crisis Management business based in the Sydney office. Her focus is on Product Recall Insurances and Kidnap Ransom & Extortion.
Shelley has over 18 years' experience in the insurance industry. She has held several senior roles at other major international insurers and joined Liberty in 2021 bringing extensive technical and market knowledge experience within the Crisis Management segment including product recall, contamination, malicious tampering and kidnap ransom & extortion insurances.
Shelley holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Otago.

Si Min underwrites Liberty's Crisis Management portfolio in Asia. Her areas of focus include Product Recall and Product Contamination insurance.
Si Min combines a casualty underwriting background with focus on the manufacturing industry and product liability, along with experience as an insurance broker, where she developed a product recall and contamination portfolio in Asia.
Si Min has more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore.
